Spa Bodywork Basics Series
*Each class may be taken individually or combined for a full two day training.
Sugar Glow & Cocoon Wrap-8 CE- Learn how to perform spa-style exfoliation treatments and cocoon wraps that can be offered in a standard treatment room with no shower available. These techniques add a luxurious element to massage sessions while creating opportunities for higher value spa services.
High Value Enhancements-8 CE- Learn a collection of simple enhancements that can elevate the massage experience and can be offered as stand alone upgrades or incorporated during cocoon wrap treatments. Techniques include dry brushing, a nourishing foot treatment with massage protocol, and a relaxing face massage, all designed to add both value and variety to your spa sessions. This class pairs naturally with Sugar Glow & Cocoon Wrap, but may also be taken independently.

Common Complaints, Simple Solutions-8 CE- A practical, technique-focused continuing education class for massage therapists centered around the complaints we hear every day in the treatment room. Learn simple, effective approaches for things like neck pain, shoulder tension, low back discomfort, high stress levels and more.

The Burnout Boundary: Ethics of Over-Giving-4 Online CE- This class looks at how burnout, over-giving, and blurred boundaries can develop in massage practice. Participants gain practical tools for recognizing these patterns and creating a more sustainable and ethical approach to client care.
